Biography

ZehengYang engaged in technical work at Hefei Chemical Plant from August1982 to August 1988, and scientific research and development work atthe Anhui Provincial Geological Experimental Research Institute fromMay 1991 to December 1999, andhe wasawarded the title of Senior Engineer in1997. In January 2000, he entered the School of Chemistry andChemical Engineering, Hefei University of Technology as ateacher.He was appointed asassociate professor in December 2003, as a professor in December2007, and selected as doctoral supervisor in 2012.He conducted visiting research at the School ofChemistry and Molecular Biotechnology, University of Sydney inAustralia from January 2008 to January 2009, and University ofBirmingham and Imperial College London in the UK from February 2010to March 2010. He has successively presided overmore than 10 national, provincial, and enterprise fundedscientific research projects, published over 90papers in important academic journals both domestically andinternationally. He has been authorized10 national invention patents, resultingin significant economic and social benefits.
