Biography:

ShenjieLi received his Ph.D. degree in Inorganic chemistry from theChangchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy Sciences.He is currently an assistantprofessor at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, HefeiUniversity of Technology. He has currently presided over andparticipated various natural science foundation and published morethan 30 scientific research papers.


ResearchInterests:

Ourprimary interestsarefocus on the preparation of water-soluble QDsand their application in the fields of photocatalysis andelectrocatalysis, including:

  1. Solar-energyconversion for hydrogen and oxygen evolution as well as degradiatethe organic pollutants.

  2. Explorationof the nucleation mechanism of water-soluble semiconductor quantumdots and nanocrystal.
