研究成果(代表性成果)
(1)基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)的便携式快速检测平台:基于SERS技术的传感芯片的设计和研制,发展了新型光谱技术和检测手段。
(2)疾病标记物POCT检测平台关键技术的研究: 设计和组装了基于肾癌、肺癌、心肌炎等疾病标记物快速检测和筛查的非浸入式检测平台,发展了体外无损疾病标记物检测技术。
(3)光诱导增强拉曼散射(PIERS):研制了多种形式PIERS基底,丰富和发展了光诱导增强拉曼散射机理。实现了已有少量文献报道的最大倍数的光诱导增强效果。
在本领域发表论文50余篇,包括ACS Sensors, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,J. Mater. Chem C, Analyst, J. Phys. Chem. C, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys等国际期刊。其中,6篇封面论文, 1篇论文被国际学术媒体Advanced Science News”和“ChemistryViews选为研究亮点报道,1篇论文被评为第20届全国光散射学术会议青年优秀论文。
